🙌🏻 How to Use

Step 1. Add Yogurt

Pour yogurt into the container (up to 1.7L max).

Step 2. First Whey Separation (No Spring)

Close the lid without the spring.
Place the container in the refrigerator.
Let it drain for at least 15 hours for the first separation.

⚠️ Important Notice (Spring Use)

Do NOT use the spring from the beginning.
The spring applies strong pressure, and using it too early may cause 100% backflow, even with a small amount of yogurt.
Always complete the first whey separation without the spring.

Step 3. Add Press Plate & Spring

After the first separation, remove from the refrigerator.
Insert the press plate and spring.

Step 4. Final Pressing

Place it back in the refrigerator.
Let it rest for 12–48 hours, depending on your preferred thickness.
Longer time = thicker Greek yogurt.
