OEM 27038-92 is a specific Harley-Davidson carburetor part.

This is a used carburetor with choke cable that was professionally rebuilt with quality parts in our shop. Jets 190 & 45

The black top cover cap has a broken corner, by one of the screws, but still fastens down and seals tightly and does not affect performance.
