I am thinking this is of heavy duty, all cotton as most of the quality items from this manufacturer that are T-Shirts. This is a true sample item as it has no size, care or country of origin info. See the measured pictures so that you can get a better gauge as to fit. This would be a generously proportioned Large, so I am thinking that it would easily be at least an XL.
