Arbosil LMS is a one part Neutral Cure Silicone Sealant which cures on exposure to moisture vapour to form an elastic silicone rubber.

Primary Uses: It is primarily engineered for professional perimeter sealing around PVCu, timber, and aluminium window or door frames. It is also widely used for heel bead glazing of insulated glass units, remedial glazing, and sealing joints in translucent roofing sheets.

Movement Accommodation: High flexibility with up to 50% joint movement capability, allowing it to absorb expansion and contraction without cracking.

Substrate Compatibility: The neutral alkoxy-cure formulation makes it non-corrosive and safe for sensitive surfaces including concrete, brickwork, polycarbonate, glass, and metals.

Lifespan: Highly resistant to UV and weathering, offering a long service life exceeding 25 years.
