Offered for sale is a modern-day tribute to the "canteen" watches worn by U.S. Navy Frogmen during World War Two and the Korean War, probably circa 1990s.  This watch features a solid stainless steel screwback case, a Swiss quartz movement, a screw-down cover over the crown, and a black dial with white numerals and luminous hands.  The case is in excellent condition, showing signs of occasional handling.  The movement is in excellent working order.  The dial is in mint condition.  This watch measures 36mm wide (without crown).  Fitted with a khaki canvas military style strap.  If you could find a genuine U.S. military canteen watch of the WW2 or Korean War period, it would probably cost several thousand dollars.  If that is outside of your budget, you can own the next best thing for $149.99.  If you have questions about this watch or about my watch and clock repair services, please feel free to contact me.
