* I do my best to grade all items as conservatively as possible.

* I no longer grade jewel cases. If the hinge is broken I will replace it unless its rare or special packaging but not for cracked cases.

* I generally ship 5 days a week & occasionally on Saturday. Most of the time your order will ship either the next morning or in some cases same day.
