PRICE AND OFFERS

The listed price is our lowest price, calculated based on the minimum acceptable cosmetic condition among these devices.

We do not sort devices by cosmetic or technical condition and do not apply different prices for better-looking or worse-looking units.
All devices are sold at one base price under Used condition.

This means that for this price, the buyer may receive a unit in average or even better cosmetic condition than the minimum expected, however units that match the minimum expected condition (A-) are also possible.

You may submit a price offer (Make Offer), and we will review it based on reasonableness and our internal needs.

BRANDING (ZEBRA / SYMBOL / MOTOROLA)

These terminals were manufactured in different periods under the brands Motorola, Symbol, and Zebra.

Due to multiple rebrandings, the brand name on the label may differ from the listing title.
All devices are functionally and technically identical.
The only differences are the manufacturing date and the brand name on the label.

If it is important for you to receive a device with a specific branding on the label (Zebra, Symbol, or Motorola), please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.
If no such request is made, the seller reserves the right to ship any unit with the correct part number at seller’s discretion.

A difference in branding on the label is not a reason for an “Item Not As Described” claim, as this information is clearly disclosed in this listing.

Minor scratches on glossy surfaces or light storage/transport marks are possible.
Some units may be in better cosmetic condition than minimally expected.

TESTING AND FUNCTIONALITY

All devices:

• power on successfully

• have fully functional touchscreens

• correctly read barcodes at the specified distance

• show no signs of water damage

• are fully functional and ready for use

Deep technical diagnostics were not performed, however based on origin and condition, full functionality is expected.

POSSIBLE COSMETIC IMPERFECTIONS

Because the devices were delivered without original boxes and stored together in large bulk containers, where friction and movement occurred, some units may have:

• light scratches on the display

• worn or partially damaged information labels

• missing rubber SD-slot cover (on some units)

• light wear marks on charging contacts

• minor scratches on the housing

These issues do not affect functionality.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Stylus, hand strap, and protective glass may be included, but are not guaranteed.

In 90% of cases we offer free shipping via national postal services. Oversized or heavy items may require an extra charge - this will be stated in advance.

Shipping to the USA is paid on all product groups and currently handled only via FedEx.

We always optimize dispatch times. While part of our stock is located in Europe, some items may ship directly from partner warehouses in other countries - ensuring fast worldwide delivery, even with standard mail.

 Exchange Policy

If you are located within the EU and accidentally ordered the wrong product, we are happy to arrange an exchange - provided the correct replacement is in stock.

Exchange conditions:

• The item must remain unused
• All accessories and original packaging must be preserved
• No damage or installation marks

Financial terms:

• The buyer covers return shipping
• If the exchanged item is more expensive - the buyer pays the difference
• If cheaper - we refund the difference after inspection

We ship the replacement item at our cost once the returned unit is tested.
