Double sided sheet of mugshots dating from 1906 Washington State. There are a total of six convicted men, three on each side of the sheet. The range of ethnicities among the men is uncommon for a sheet of mugshots and consists of a Japanese American, White Americans, Black American and a Native American. The Japanese American named ' K. Nakayma ' has been sentenced to 30 years for second degree murder, a White American named ' George R. Clay ' has been sentenced to 1 year for Assisting a robbery. The Native American man, from Okanogan County, has been sentenced to 9 months for assault with a deadly weapon, the Black American sentenced to 10 years for second degree murder and the two other White Americans serving 1 year each for larceny. Really a fascinating piece of legal history and Americana. The entire sheet measures 16 3/4" x 15" inches. The item will be well packed and shipped priority mail.
