Shipping Policy
Handling Time: Orders usually ship within 3–4 business days. Some parts may require extra time if still in vehicles — buyers will be notified of any delays.
Delivery (USA): Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on location.
Free Shipping (USA): Most items ship free unless stated otherwise.
International Shipping: We use eBay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP). Buyers outside the USA are responsible for duties, customs fees, and taxes.
Warranty, Returns & Refunds
90-Day Warranty: Most parts include a 90-day warranty (part only, not labor or incidental costs).
Damaged Items: Take photos of the unopened package if damaged and contact us immediately. Opening without documentation may affect eligibility.
Professional Installation: We recommend parts be installed by a certified mechanic. We are not responsible for improper installation or misuse.
Wrong Part Ordered: Compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost. Refunds are issued once the item is returned in the same condition.
Return Authorization: Contact us via eBay Messages within 30 days for an RMA number. Returns without authorization may be refused.
Restocking Fee: Returns due to buyer error may incur a restocking fee (up to 20%).
Listings & Compatibility
Reference Photos: Images may be for reference only; actual items may vary.
Part Numbers: Always verify part numbers (especially radios, ABS pumps, and bezels).
VIN Matching: Provide your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for best fitment confirmation.
Programming Required Parts: For certain parts such as radios, control modules, ECMs, BCMs, and similar electronics, dealership reprogramming or anti-theft unlocking may be required.
We provide the donor vehicle VIN # with these parts.
The dealership may or may not charge an additional programming/unlock fee, which is the buyer’s responsibility.

All payments are processed securely through eBay Payments.
We accept all major payment methods supported by eBay, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (when available through eBay).
