The book appears barely read, but the covers and spine show some shelf wear. To the best of my knowledge, the pages are free from writing/highlighting/underlining. Notably, there are some marks on the bottom edge, as shown in the last photo, which is why the book is listed as "Good" condition rather than "Very Good" condition.
