We offer three product conditions:

We focus primarily on the first two categories - we aim to provide equipment in the freshest, ready-to-use condition possible.

All units are inspected by our in-house technician before shipping. Even used devices are delivered fully functional, tested, and properly cleaned.

 Shipping

In 90% of cases we offer free shipping via national postal services. Oversized or heavy items may require an extra charge - this will be stated in advance.

Shipping to the USA is paid on all product groups and currently handled only via FedEx.

We always optimize dispatch times. While part of our stock is located in Europe, some items may ship directly from partner warehouses in other countries - ensuring fast worldwide delivery, even with standard mail.

Need express delivery within 2-5 business days? Contact us before ordering - DHL or FedEx can be arranged at adjusted pricing.

 Exchange Policy

If you are located within the EU and accidentally ordered the wrong product, we are happy to arrange an exchange - provided the correct replacement is in stock.

Exchange conditions:

• The item must remain unused
• All accessories and original packaging must be preserved
• No damage or installation marks

Financial terms:

• The buyer covers return shipping
• If the exchanged item is more expensive - the buyer pays the difference
• If cheaper - we refund the difference after inspection

We ship the replacement item at our cost once the returned unit is tested.

If a buyer is located in the USA or outside the Eurozone, each case is reviewed individually due to higher fraud risks and significantly higher logistics costs. We expect responsible communication and mutual effort to find a solution that satisfies both sides.
