Established in 2004, MadFun was one of the original online retailers of outdoor toys. When we first began, we focused solely on trampolines, but demand grew so quickly that by the end of our first year we had expanded our range to cover climbing frames and games tables.

Now, over 15 years later we have expanded our range even further to include above ground swimming pools, playhouses, go-karts and garden toys and we continue to be one of the largest online retailers in the UK.

With this much experience, there’s very little we don’t know about outdoor fun!

Like the product ranges we sell, many of our suppliers have been with us since the beginning. We work hard to forge strong and personal relationships with them so that you can benefit from access to the latest and best products at the best possible prices.

Our supplier relationships also enable us to offer easy access to spares and accessories as well as fast and efficient attention to warranty issues.

We are the UK’s only supplier of JumpPRO™ and Salta trampolines and offer one of the largest choices of BERG trampolines online.

Next Day Delivery

This item is despatched on a FREE next day delivery to most postcodes.There are some surcharges applicable to postcodes in outlying areas, please check your postcode on the Postage and Payment tab for confirmation of charges.This tab will also advise the expected lead time.

Any orders received after midday on weekdays or orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. The number of delivery days quoted are indicative and working days i.e. Monday to Friday.

You will receive a shipment e-mail with tracking once the goods have been despatched.

Please note in respect to Trampolines and other large items, the carriers are contracted to deliver your item to the kerbside, it is entirely at the drivers’ discretion if he is willing to deliver any item further than the kerbside.

Whilst we will make every effort to meet the delivery time given, we use a contracted third party to make our deliveries and therefore the actual delivery is beyond our control. As such please note that any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible. We will not be in breach of contract if we do not deliver within the indicated time period.

We ask that all information provided by you is accurate and that you include a daytime contact number, mobile telephone number and email address so we are able to contact you in the event of a delivery query. It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of parcels received on the carrier's delivery note/electronic scanner. You should notify us of any shortages within 48 hours.

All information relies on there being stock and we endeavour to keep the site up to date with any stock issues. If any product is unavailable at the time of your order we will contact you immediately via e-mail, you will then have the option to wait for the product to come into stock, swap to an alternative (there may be an additional payment required), or we will give you a full refund.

Please note we do not deliver products outside of the UK.

We hope that you will be completely happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, you have the right to cancel within 30 days from the day after your goods have been received, as per ebay terms and conditions.

Returning your goods

• Go to Purchase history and find the order you want to cancel
• Select More actions
• Select Contact seller.
• Select Request to cancel
• Contact the seller - explain your reasons for cancelling Send

Please return all goods to; MadFun Ltd, Ravenshill, Racecourse Road, Lingfield, Surrey, RH7 6PP. Please be aware that the cost of returning goods is yours and we recommend you return the goods using a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Cancelling

If you cancel before your goods are despatched, you will receive a full refund. If, however, the goods have been despatched (i.e. the shipment email has been sent), even if not yet delivered, it will be treated as a return and charges will apply.

Returning after assembly

Unfortunately, we are unable to receive and refund any item that has been already assembled or part assembled.

Charges

Any charges will be communicated. If your goods were originally despatched with a delivery surcharge due to a request for delivery outside of our normal delivery times, method or areas, the surcharge paid for this service will not be refunded.

Care of goods

You must take reasonable care of the goods and then return the goods to MadFun by registered post or similar, to arrive back with us within 14 days of your notice of cancellation. We strongly advise that you use a tracked service for returning goods. The risk of damage to the goods in transit will be yours as will the cost of returning the item. Items should be returned to us clean, unused and in their original packaging wherever possible. We reserve the right to deduct monies from refunds where goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value.
