Return & Warranty Policy
Returns: Returns are accepted only for items in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees on non-quality-related returns.
Warranty Claims: To initiate a warranty claim for defective products, contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. Please provide clear images or videos documenting the issue for faster resolution.
Replacement Process: Defective products must be destroyed (proof of destruction may be requested) before receiving a replacement. Standard replacements are shipped via China Post (30-day delivery) at no extra charge. Expedited shipping via DH L / UPS / FedEx (7 business days) is available for an additional $35 fee.
