Orders will be dispatched within 1 business day after full payment is received and confirmed. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for most countries.

All domestic shipments originate from our UK warehouse and generally arrive within 1-3 business days.

We will send your order to the shipping address provided on eBay, not PayPal. If your shipping address differs from the one on eBay, please inform us.

A tracking number will be provided for registered or expedited shipping services, allowing you to monitor your package online.

Please ensure your shipping details on eBay are accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

1.You have 30 days to contact us and 10 days to return the item from the date of receipt. If it remains in your possession for more than 7 days, it will be considered used, and a refund or replacement will not be issued—no exceptions.

2.Returned items must be in their original packaging. Please provide a shipping tracking number, the reason for return, and the item custom label.

3.A full refund of the winning bid amount will be processed once we receive the item in its original condition with all components and accessories. This will be done after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction on eBay. Alternatively, you may opt for a replacement.
