Condition: Used laptop with noticeable scuffs and surface wear on lid, palmrest, and bottom casing. Screen has visible smudges and light marks. The left arrow key won't stay on as shown. Keyboard and trackpad intact, and unit boots to Windows 10 Pro. Windows has been reset. Charger not included. Battery is not holding a charge and will need to be replaced.
