Hello this was originally a souvenir for Caesar’s Palace Casino, but it is also a great crossover with the old Roman Empire. It is still new, though the outer case has scratching. The condition on the spoon is mint. The spoon has aged beautifully, giving the Silver Plate a stunning blue hue.
