Advise us of your color choice
Send us a copy of your most recent hearing test results (audiogram). Our audiologist will program and customize the devices accordingly.
Advise us if you have any special requirements to enable us to customize the fine-tuning of the hearing aids to match your individual preferences and unique listening environments.
Send us a side photo of your face including a reference object i.e. a ruler or a coin placed next to your ear.
Your hearing aids will undergo scientifically proven test methods to verify their sound quality.

Tracking information will be uploaded and eBay will provide you with notifications regarding your package delivery. All orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, meaning we cover all duties, tariffs, and customs clearance fees. This ensures a seamless delivery with no extra costs for you, the customer. You will not be asked to pay any customs charges or hidden fees upon delivery—everything is already included.

Our team of expert Audiologists will customize the hearing aids based on your hearing test evaluation and your individual requirements at no additional cost.

Moreover, further adjustments may be needed. Nowadays, remote care makes it possible to get all the sound tweaking you need without the hassle of repeatedly scheduling and traveling to in-office appointments. The most state-of-the-art hearing aids provide us the opportunity to take care of the hearing aids almost always through the hearing aids’ smartphone App. We provide remote settings support/adjustments if needed at no additional cost. Returns Policy:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us and return the hearing aids to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the hearing aids, in the original packaging. Upon receipt, we will make a full refund. Please note, that the buyer is responsible for the return postal charges and we recommend using a postal service that includes tracking or insurance.
