This box set brings you Kazuo Umezz's final new work in oversized A4 hardcover format — two volumes housed together in a deluxe collector's box, released for the 90th anniversary of the artist's birth.

The first volume, ZOKU-SHINGO: The Little Robot Shingo Art Museum, presents the shocking new work unveiled at the Kazuo Umezz Great Art Exhibition — his first in 27 years, and the last complete new work he conceived during his lifetime. Alongside the color paintings shown at the exhibition, you also get the powerful line drawings in full. Every page was checked against the original artwork to reproduce the texture and color as faithfully as possible.

The second volume, Watashi wa Shingo: Complete Frontispiece Collection, gathers every title-page illustration from the celebrated series, including three completely unpublished pieces appearing here for the first time. Four-color and two-color originals are all included, and the fine linework has been reproduced with the same care taken from the original art. At A4 size, details that were never visible before come through clearly.

The text is in Japanese, but this is an art book above all — the appeal is in the images themselves, and 368 pages of them at full scale. Published by Shogakukan. Brand new, 2025 publication.
