Go Hydro Tablets (previously named SUPERHYDRO) are nutritional food supplement consumed for the purpose of meeting hydration and fluid replacement needs, particularly that of athletes and sports persons competing in hot and humid environments. Very low in calorie content, yet high in sodium content to provide optimum hydration for intense competition, training or recreation in the heat.
