This is a Vintage Looney Tunes Tweety Bird navy blue graphic pullover sweatshirt.  Note this is from 1997 and made in USA.  There is some  pilling bit normal for its age.  The graphic is in excellent condition.  See pictures for all the details and measurements.

The size tag is missing but measurements are consistent with an XL adult.
