DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap is designed with a pliable weave that makes wrapping quicker and easier, even around tight bends. It helps keep heat inside the exhaust and away from the engine bay, reducing under-bonnet temperatures so cooler air can reach the induction system—supporting improved performance and reliability.

Built from pulverised volcanic rock that’s processed into a high-strength wrap material, it’s engineered to resist shrinkage once fitted, so it stays in place and continues to insulate effectively. It also offers excellent resistance to vibration and heat-cycle breakdown, making it ideal for exhaust manifolds/headers and full exhaust systems.
