Vintage KORG DST-1 distortion pedal, made in Japan in the mid-1980s. This rare example includes the original box, with the matching serial number printed on both the pedal and the box.

The DST-1 is known for its dry, sharp, and cutting distortion character. It is often compared to the YAMAHA DI-01 due to similarities in circuit design; however, the DST-1 features an AC adapter input, unlike the DI-01, indicating a related but not identical design. A highly collectible 1980s Japanese pedal.

We have confirmed the sound output with both PSA power suplly and 9 volt battery.
