  • Size: Jumbo (**King of the Flat-Tops**).
  • Tone: Loud volume with a balanced, warm, and powerful sound across all frequencies.
  • Top: Solid Spruce.
  • Side & Back: Solid Maple.
  • Neck: 3-piece Maple & Rosewood structure.
  • Fretboard: Rosewood.

PLAYING CONDITION:

  • Neck: **Straight**.
  • Truss Rod: **Fully functional** in both directions.
  • Frets: Approx. **90% remaining** (Cleaned and polished).
  • Action (12F, 6th String): Approx. **2.6 mm** (Comfortable playing height, no buzzing).
  • Saddle: Plenty of saddle height remaining for future adjustments.

⚠️ COSMETIC & REPAIR NOTES:

  • General scuffs, light scratches, and signs of age are visible.
