Very rare pro neck lll XL 2 stem, I believe these came out in 1991 and weren’t around for long. Haven’t seen many xl2’s sold. Great shape overall, has some small nicks that would clean up if desired. Stem bolts are original, but I think the wedge/bolt have been replaced back in the early 90’s before the bike was hung up, era correct but I don’t think it’s original to the stem..
