Transporter T7 Kombi LWB Triple Makita MakPac/Tool Box Hexaboard Van Racking
Vanimal van racking storage systems are designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and all across Europe. Our VW Transporter T7 Kombi van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm Phenolic treated, black hexaboard finish plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable, and durable build. The facias have a hexagonal patterned, textured Phenolic on one side and 120gm smooth Phenolic on the other.
These NS and OS racks have been designed specifically to safely transport toolboxes, such as MakPac Type 1, 2, 3, and 4 boxes from MAKITA (Type 4 needs storing on the floor). Other toolboxes will fit but please refer to the attached datasheet to check the dimensions. This functional and practical racking system for the Transporter T7 Kombi 2025- also offers individual compartments on the top shelf of the NS and OS and across the 3 shelves of the bulkhead; these 19 compartments are useful for storing tools, cargo, smaller items, and other supplies.

With four toolbox-specific shelves and two multi-compartment top shelves, combined with the compact bulkhead storage, you will have ample room to store your toolboxes, tools, parts, and other loose items, without worrying they'll be all over the van when you get to your job.
Most of our van racking comes ready-notch to accommodate bungee cords, as shown in product imagery. (Bungees not included).

We do advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to help prevent these smooth finish outside facias from cracking.
Easy-Assembly Racking & Shelving Design
The Vanimal branded van racking kit you’ll receive will arrive flat-packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on the design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-assemble design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very rigid build, it is still lightweight, making it simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.
Our racking is specifically designed for each van. However, if ply-lined, you may need to trim the end panels slightly due to differences in ply lining from van to van. We've carefully provided accurate descriptions, and where possible, photos of the actual van racks. Racking FAQs for Left-Hand Drive Van Owners:
All our van racking is fully interchangeable so can be used on either the left- or right-hand side of the vehicle, meaning that it is perfect for LHD vans too.
Speedy Delivery
You will receive a tracking code for your order as soon as it has been dispatched from our Vanimal production facility.
The courier will need a signature when delivering your order so please ensure that someone is at the delivery destination. A safe place to leave the delivery can be assigned if arranged in advance.
