Shipping Policy 

⛑️ Note for U.S. Buyers 

Starting from October, due to the new DDP customs process, all U.S. customs duties and handling fees are already included in the shipping cost.

You will not be charged any additional import fees upon delivery.

Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees, depending on their country's customs regulations. Please check with your local customs office prior to purchase.

🟩 Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

All items are shipped via airmail from South Korea.

Please ensure your eBay-registered address is correct, as we only ship to the address on file.

🟩  Several factors may affect delivery times, including:

Customs inspections

Limited flight availability

Inclement weather

If you need faster delivery, we highly recommend selecting Standard or Expedited Shipping with tracking.

🟩 Return Policy

You are welcome to return an item and request a refund under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including all original packaging.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Returns are not accepted for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind about color, size, etc.

For returns not caused by our error, both-way shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

(Even if free shipping was offered initially, the original shipping cost will still be deducted.)

Please contact us via eBay messaging within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.

By completing your purchase, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this return policy.
