Amazing. I cleaned my window frames...from the inside!!! With a little spray bottle of weak bleach and Pin point control of pressure blast, I could direct water and dirt outwards. A simple towel absorbed any water on sill. Battery lasted all day, 20 windows and screens

Was afraid to buy the 20volt model because of all the bad reviews. Glad I waited for this one. It has a metal fitting where the other one had so many problems. The part that hooks to your garden hose is still plastic but I have had no problems or leaks at all. There is a definite difference between hose only and low speed and high speed. Not a full-fledged power washer, but not supposed to be. Will eat through a flexvolt battery in about 1/2 hour. By then I am ready for a brake anyway.
