Product Overview

The Agilent Varian 300 Triscroll dry scroll vacuum pump is a reliable two - stage pump with an 8.8 CFM pumping speed and an ultimate pressure of 1×10⁻² Torr. Using patented TriScroll technology, it produces oil - free vacuum and eliminates the frequent maintenance needed for oil - sealed rotary vane pumps. This simplifies regulatory and environmental compliance and cuts oil disposal costs. Its automatic air ballast manages water vapor without reducing pumping performance. With product number PTS03001UNIV, it operates on 1 Ph, 100 - 120 or 208 - 230 VAC. Applications include scanning electron microscopes, primary backing for turbo systems, general lab use, beam lines, drying ovens, load locks, transfer chambers, cryogenics, manufacturing, glove boxes, and leak detection.
Applications
  • High pumping speed (15 m3/h, 250 L/min) and low ultimate pressure provide clean, dry vacuum
  • Long-life tip seals
  • Bearing purge port enables simple maintenance and long bearing life
  • Automatic air ballast manages water vapor without reducing pumping speed
  • Shipped with a power cord. Three - phase pumps are shipped without a power cord
