Washington, D.C. -- Senators Wayne Morse, Democrat-Oregon, and Ernest Gruening, Democrat-Alaska, who were the only senators to vote against the resolution backing President Johnson's actions in the southeast Asian crisis, chat outside the Senate chamber in Washington following approval of the resolution today. First the House, on a 414 - 0 roll call, and then the Senate, 88 - 2, adopted the resolution. Photo measures 10 x 8.25inches. Photo is dated 08-07-1964.
