Custom-made circuit breakers that snap into fuse holders on pinball or arcade boards for testing and troubleshooting. Allows repair techs to cycle the board without replacing blown fuses, simply resetting the breakers instead. 

Breakers are constructed both with blown fuses or copper rounds that fit into the fuse holder.  This is one of my personal sets I used when I was repairing pins.
