Hand-Blown Abstract Art Glass Vase Clear with Cobalt Blue Rim/Swirls and Yellow Spots.  The style implies it's from Mexico, however, I have nothing to back that up.  The pontil scar has been ground, but not polished smooth.  There are some surface scuffs/scratches one would expect from a used piece of glass (all visible in the last 6 photos), but overall, in very good condition.  I didn't notice them until I was looking for them.  Any other flaws visible in the photos are manufacturing flaws, spots from the flash photography, or dust/debris.
