Payment:

1. PayPal Payments Must be from a verified PayPal account.

2. If you have any special requirement, please leave a note when you make a payment.

3.Please pay the money within 7 days after the auction ended.
Non-Paying Bidders: Serious Buyer Only! Please place bid or "Buy it now" only if you agree the price and terms of the product and no argument after the auction end. And payment must be received within 7 business days of the auction close. We will report Non-paying buyer to eBay.

Shipping:

1.Items will be shipped within 24 hours during the business days after payment has

 been received. (Saturday. & Holidays excluded)  
              
2.Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays,
 and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.  
                
3.We ship the item to PayPal shipping address. Please tell us your shipping address
 if it is different from the one in PayPal.               
   
4.The tracking number will be given for the customer to check the shipping status online.   
               
5.We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. We can't change the shipping address
 after the item has been sent out. Please verify and update your shipping address on PayPal during checkout.

US Shipping:  USPS. (Normally 10-20 Business Days)

International Shipping:Standard Air Mail. (Normally 15-25 Business Days)

Warranty & Return:

We have a 12 month guarantee on all products (defaults).

We can only offer a guarantee on items that are received defective due to shipping or product failure. We reserve the right to determine if your order will be exchanged or refunded.

We accept return/refund for defective item only, not for damage from use, improper installation, or abuse. We accept return/refund for defective item only.

Refunds given only if item is defective on arrive (DOA) and cannot be replaced. If item found DOA, item must be reported within 7 days and return to us within 14 days from the delivery date for exchange, buyers are responsible on returned shipping cost at first. Refund will be made when the return arrived.

In case the returning item is not our product or without the quality problem after checking, we'll refuse to return or replace product and not refund. We also will raise a dispute against the buyer like that to ebay to protect our rights.
