Limited Warranty – Hillroom Welch Allyn Connex 6000 Series Vital Signs Monitor

ATL Biomedical warrants this Hillroom Welch Allyn Connex 6000 Series Vital Signs Monitor against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) month from the date of delivery to the customer.

During this period, ATL Biomedical agrees to repair or replace the equipment, as appropriate, at no additional cost to the customer, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. The equipment has not been tampered with, opened, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

  2. The damage is not the result of misuse, negligence, accidents, electrical surges, liquid exposure, or improper transportation.

  3. The equipment is returned complete, in its original condition, with the serial number visible and unaltered.
