Acceptable preowned condition.  Both pair of jeans have a substantial amount of wear as they have been used and worked in.  the carpenter jeans are missing the button have moderate staining/fading on the front  as well as a few small holes where a spark hit them.  The regular pair has a large hole in both back pockets as well as several small holes in the front from welding.  Other than that the pants still have alot of life left in them.
