Pullen Pleater with 16 rows, perfect for smocking and other detailed pleating projects. It comes with the original box and instruction guide and a few spare needles, though it is recommended to replace the needles. The knob turns easily, though it does feel a little gritty, so it might just need a basic cleaning or light maintenance. It hasn't been tested with fabric as I’m not familiar with operating this kind of tool. Buyer will need to handle any cleaning to get it running at its best. 

Normally this requires the knob to be removed for storage, but it’s on very securely and is difficult to take off, so it will be shipped with the knob still attached.
