Shipping

Economy Shipping ( Cpass・Japan Post ): At our store, we utilize Economy Shipping to keep costs low. The estimated delivery time is 11 to 23 days after shipment. Express Shipping ( FedEx, DHL ): Packages arrive about 3 days after shipment.

We will ship after inspection. We cannot ship during Japanese holiday periods.
Please note that we do not accept claims for delays due to shipping company problems, weather, etc.
*For FedEx / DHL shipping item, a person residing in the remote area will have to pay an additional shipping fee.
