Shipping & Handling

We guarantee to ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). We normally ship each order using the most economic service for the customer.

We offer free worldwide shipping via ePacket (Thailand Post) on all orders. Your parcel will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays), and delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

If you prefer express delivery, we also offer FedEx International Priority Service for a flat rate of $30 USD. This option usually arrives within 2–5 business days.

Please note that if a return is approved, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Each piece from Nida Factory is handcrafted with care and carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the damage was caused by us (the seller) once the order has been shipped. This policy is in place because every item is made and finished individually, and we cannot resell returned jewelry for hygiene and quality reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review your case and provide a resolution or replacement where applicable.
