Return Policy

- We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any missing, defective or damaged goods.
- All returned items must be in original, non-modified, undamaged packaging. We will not accept returns with damaged, modified (including writing or marks) or missing packaging.
- All returned items must be in new condition with all documentation, tags, etc intact.
- Any item which has been used, worn, damaged or had tags/labels removed will not be eligible for return.
- Any damage claims may be exchanged for the identical item only.
- No refunds on damage claims, replacement with identical item only.
- Returned items must be received by us no later than 10 Days.
- It will be the sole discretion of oemcycle to provide refund, replacement, or return item without refund.
