🃏 Card Grading Guide (Raw Cards)

We follow a clear and honest grading scale:

NM (Near Mint): No visible signs of wear

LP (Light Play): Minor edge whitening or slight signs of use

MP (Moderate Play): Noticeable whitening, wear, or possible light surface marks

HP (Heavy Play): Major wear, scratches, dents, or whitening

Any damage beyond this will be explicitly noted in the listing.

📦 Packaging

All items are packed securely to prevent damage in transit:

Single Cards: Toploader + team bag, shipped in a cardboard-backed envelope

Graded Cards (Slabs): Shipped in sturdy large letter boxes

Larger Orders or Sealed Products: Sent in protective packaging/boxes

🚚 Postage & Shipping

We offer the following shipping options:

Orders under £15: Sent untracked, Royal Mail aims for delivery in 3 business days (may take up to 10)

£15–£150: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48

£150+: Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Fully Insured & Tracked)

Proof of postage is available for untracked shipments. If you'd like tracked shipping on a lower-value item, we’re happy to upgrade it at the buyer’s expense — just message us before purchasing.

Please only contact us if your item hasn’t arrived 10 business days after shipment.

🔁 Returns & Sealed Products

Returns are accepted only if the item is in the exact same condition it was received in.

We cannot offer refunds on sealed products if the seal has been broken or tampered with.
