This clasp is older and marked with maker’s mark.

It is made with a vintage pewter clasp from Norway. It is 7/8” wide.

For the button pendants, I cut off the shank, sand down all sharp edges and glue a bail on the back that floats freely on a tarnish-free stainless steel chain.

For the pendants made from clasps, I attach a jump spring so the pendant slides freely.

The pendant is part of intricately designed buttons or clasps from high quality Norwegian foundries.

Many are marked TPB or Tinn-Per Norway.
