Anatomically profiled for all forms of off-road riding, the A04 Plasma Chest Protector features a semi-rigid thermoplastic polyhedron design chest protector and a Nucleon Plasma back protector that are engineered to be lightweight, breathable, comfortable, adaptive and protective.

Highly flexible Nucleon Plasma back protector constructed from viscoelastic material engineered from bio=based polymers. They’re formed into a structure that is pliable in all directions while maintaining the ability to dissipate impact energies.
CE Level 1 certified back (EN 1621-2:2014) and chest (EN 1621-3:2018) protection.
Lightweight and highly ventilated.
Outer chest shell design based on geodesic polyhedrons, less material is needed to achieve the desired strength and imposed load performance.
Compatible with the Nucleon Plasma Extended Roost Coverage kit which includes chest extensions and Y-Strap to use the A-4 Chest without the back protector (kit not included).
A-4 Chest Protector features highly perforated, adjustable and detachable rib and shoulder padding for additional coverage against roost impact.
