Customers are responsible for ensuring that the part they purchase is correct and compatible with their vehicle. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order. Our team is happy to help check compatibility and ensure you get the right part the first time. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any labour costs that may incur if there any problems with the part once fitted.

SHIPPING

We offer free TRACK 24 UK mainland delivery on most of our car parts. However, delivery charges may apply to extended UK areas, Europe, and international destinations. Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays), will be dispatched the same day. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Before 1:00 PM is Available at Checkout.

We aim to process and ship your order quickly so you receive your items as soon as possible.

WARRANTY

All auto parts sold are covered by a 12-month limited warranty, effective from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.
• Replacement or repair (at our discretion) of the defective part within the warranty period.

Exclusions:

• Parts damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Damage resulting from accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear items such as brake pads, filters, or bulbs unless otherwise specified.

Claim Process:

• To make a warranty claim, please provide:
• Original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
• Description of the issue and supporting evidence (photos, diagnostic report, etc.).
• Contact details for follow-up.
• For items covered under our 1-year warranty, the part must be installed by a certified professional mechanic. Proof of installation, including the mechanic’s certification, must be submitted to AutoPitshop UK LTD within 30 days of the purchase date. Supporting documentation should be sent via email. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the warranty being void.
• All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.

RETURNS

If you need to return an item purchased from us, please initiate a return through eBay’s returns system, where you can generate a return label.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please do not return any parts that have been fitted to a vehicle, as we cannot accept used or installed items.

To prevent damage during return shipping, we recommend placing the item inside a separate outer box and securing it carefully. This helps protect both the part and its original packaging.
