IMPORTANT WARM TIPS – Before first use, fill the Biogel bottle to 80% (about 65 ml). The bottles already contain cooling ingredients and are not empty. Fill only to the 80% mark to avoid overflow. Allow a few minutes for the gel to activate after adding water. Make sure the black sealing gasket inside the cap is correctly in place to prevent leakage. Please check product photos to ensure the sizing meets your needs. The bottles are made of durable, thick material—gently shake or hold under good lighting to check the water level.
