How awesome!  Complete w/ original tags!

Please note:  This item was recovered from a private collection and we do not have any authentication paperwork.  There is an holographic authenticator sticker on the back, but we cannot make out the name of the company.  The helmet itself is in great condition, with just minor signs of sitting on a desk or mantle for a number of years.
