[About individual differences in natural stones]
Due to the unique properties of natural stones, such as color, pattern, and inclusions, there may be differences between the product you receive and the image you viewed on the website.
This is the charm of natural materials and allows you to enjoy their individuality; it is not a defect in the product. Please understand in advance.
To use fragile natural stones for watch dials, the technology required to process them into extremely thin slices of just 0.4mm is required. The Nishiogi production team has worked with top parts manufacturers around the world to produce high-quality watches made in Japan, and leveraging this strength, they set out to create unprecedented watch dials using rare minerals.
And now, they have succeeded in creating dials using larimar and charoite, known as the world's three greatest healing stones, as well as jade, prized as the most precious gemstone in the Orient.
Made with high-quality 904L super stainless steel.
904L super stainless steel is a higher-quality stainless steel than the 316L surgical stainless steel used in medical applications. Originally used in the chemical industry, 904L has excellent resistance to corrosion, rust, and acid, and can maintain its beautiful appearance for a long time, even in harsh environments. Due to its hardness, it is difficult to process, and has been used only in a very small number of high-priced products. This Nishiogi model is a groundbreaking performance model that uses 904L, despite being in the mid-price range.
The Nishiogi, known for creating exquisite timepieces, has released a new watch, the "Caribbean Goddess Watch," crafted with natural stones. The rare healing stone, Larimar, adds even more beauty to the watch!
A rare watch that lets you fully enjoy the allure of Larimar, a healing stone that's garnering attention.
The Nishiogi brand's concept is to "create cutting-edge products with an unrestrained and flexible spirit." While they've produced many unique models to date, this latest release is no less stunning. The "Caribbean Goddess Watch" features a rare natural stone called Larimar set into the dial, proposing a new era of luxury sports.
Larimar, found only in the Dominican Republic, is a mineral highly regarded as the "Jewel of the Caribbean" for its pale light blue and white wave pattern. It's considered one of the "world's three great healing stones," and its stone meanings are "love," "peace," and "spiritual tranquility." When you gaze upon this beauty that seems to capture the Caribbean Sea, you will understand why it was given this name. This rare healing stone, Larimar, is set throughout the dial. Every time you look at the watch, the beautiful color and unique grain of natural stone will strike a chord.
The three-dimensional indices are highly visible, even in the dark.
The dauphine hands and wedge-shaped indices on the dial clearly indicate the time, making for excellent visibility. The luminous paint also makes it easy to check the time even in dark rooms.
While the splendor of the Larimar is captivating, the case is also noteworthy for its use of 904L Super Stainless Steel, a material also used by ultra-luxury brands. This material offers greater resistance and strength than the commonly used 316LSS, and while it is more difficult to process, it also possesses a beautiful luster and texture.
The screw-down back ensures a water resistance of 10 bar. The watch also features a highly airtight design. Its 10 bar water resistance ensures peace of mind during everyday use. The brand logo and the words "JAPAN MADE" are also engraved.
This is a new Japanese brand highly praised by Masayuki Hirota, Japan's number one watch critic.
