I combine shipping

The combined shipping is automatic in cart checkout.

Choose an item you want > click Add to Cart  > Repeat > Then go to Checkout

In checkout, before you pay, you can see the shipping is adjusted now that they are in one purchase together. 

Or, you can request an invoice from the cart.
