Amazing vintage belted utility smock overall dress.  Excellent condition.

Collared, button through, with original belt and two deep pockets.  The fabric is raw cotton and has a striped weave running through it. This dress is utterly fabulous - a gorgeous piece of original workwear.

Size 44 on the label; it's a modern day size UK 16.  

It does measure larger than a UK 16 as it's meant to be worn over clothing - it's designed to fit:

Chest:  up to 40"

Waist:  Free

Hips:  up to 44"

Shoulder to hem:  43.5"

Shoulder to cuff:  24.5"

The raw measurements are:

Chest:  25.5" pit to pit

Waist:  Free

Hips:  28" measured flat, across the back
