This Dog It Fresh & Clear Drinking Fountain is a raised bowl that powered by mains supply (power adaptor included) creates a small bubbling water bowl. I bought it new at auction as you will see from the yellow sticker, but unfortunately it seems it was too tall for my little dogs and they didn't use it. This is definitely good for a medium sized dog. All parts are there and very easy to put together, most of it is ready for you. I hope this is something that another fur baby can use, maybe a Christmas present for your furball?
