Product Usage Instructions 1. Before operation, inspect all components of the paint bucket for damage and ensure all valves and switches are in the closed position. 2. Unscrew the disc nut to open the paint tank. Pour an appropriate amount of paint into the tank based on the workload, then adjust the paint to the desired viscosity. (Note: Do not exceed 3/4 of the tank's capacity to facilitate operation.) Replace the tank lid, reinstall the gasket and disc nut into the four mounting brackets on the lid, and tighten symmetrically on both sides. 3. Connect the compressed air source (filtered through a moisture separator) to the air inlet. Adjust the pressure gauge knob to set the tank pressure to the working pressure of 0.2-0.3 MPa (do not exceed 0.6 MPa). 4. Rotate the switch knob to open the self-priming air path, activating the self-priming pump to agitate the paint inside the tank. 5. Connect the spray equipment to the paint inlet via the hose, open the valve, and commence operation. 6. When the paint in the can is depleted, shut off the air supply. Open the vent valve on the can lid to release all air. Unscrew the disc nut to open the paint can lid. Re-mix the paint and repeat steps 2-4. Product Precautions This product (L10/L20) permits paint pressurization up to 3.5 kg/cm². For L40/L60 models, pressurization is permitted up to 2 kg/cm². If pressure exceeds permissible limits, the maximum operating pressure must not surpass 0.6 MPa. The safety valve on the barrel is a device designed to prevent overpressure in the pressure barrel. It is factory-set within the permissible pressure range. Do not adjust it arbitrarily under normal operating conditions. Do not perform hazardous operations such as drilling or welding on the tank body, as this may cause backfire effects that damage the tank and reduce its service life. After using the paint can, shut off the air supply, open the vent valve on the can lid, and release all compressed air from the can. This product must be thoroughly cleaned after each use to ensure optimal maintenance.
