Overheating Protection Design

There is a Bi-metallic safety device in the base of the stove fan. The safety device gently elevates the front of the fan to protect the fan and motor when If the surface temperature rises above around 350℃.

Kindly Attention:

  • Never handle the base of the wood burning stove fan, do not set the fireplace fan down on an unprotected surface when the surface is very hot.
  • Do NOT place the wood stove fan in front of chimney pipe, too close to the chimney will reduce its performance, and even cause fan damage by overheat, the optimum position is at the top or the side part of the stove top.
  • To move or carry the wood burning stove fan, always use the extendable handle while wearing gloves.
